Working for a family-run regional developer based in Hertfordshire & operating in Herts, London & Home Counties.

The successful business builds & sells higher-end properties with project sizes typically ranging from 30-80 units.

Reporting into company MDs, the Head of Commercial will take responsibility over running the full commercial function, with QSs reporting in and lead future growth of the team.

Experience working in a Commercial Manager / Managing QS / Head of Commercial position is required and preferably within residential new build and refurbishment.

Working within a still growing business provides further opportunity for the successful candidate to take further steps up into Directorship.
